Luxury conglomerate LVMH is adding two Italian hotels -- the Hotel Romazzino and Hotel Pitrizza in Sardinia's Costa Smeralda.

Starting in 2024, the Hotel Romazzino will come under LVMH's Belmond banner, relaunching as the Romazzino, A Belmond Hotel, Costa Smeralda.

Following a renovation, the Hotel Pitrizza will debut as part of the Cheval Blanc portfolio in 2026. The property will be rebranded as the Cheval Blanc Pitrizza.

The Romazzino will join Belmond's Italian portfolio, which currently comprises nine hotels while the Pitrizza will be Cheval Blanc's first hotel in Italy.
